Really enjoyed this fast read. Excellent insight into not only what Novak eats, but also how he lives his life. I find it interesting that he reveals as much as he does in the prime of his career. He states that he feels it important to share what he has learned.
The book contains recipes, exercises, thoughts on meditation, yoga, sleep and more.
If you play tennis you should read this.
