Out of the hospital and on the mend, Andy Murray recently took time to introduce the new HEAD Graphene™ Radical tennis racquet at the Queens Club in London.

HEAD introduced Graphene in Novak Djokovic's weapon, the Graphene Speed, back in January. Maria Sharapova's Instinct has also benefited from the technology. The brand's Radical racquet series now combines the best features of the much loved Radical with the same innovative Graphene.

Being extremely lightweight but with a breaking strength 200 times greater than steel, Graphene allows an optimal redistribution of weight. Shifted to the grip and tip, the weight redistribution provides easier handling while letting players swing with more power.

The new racquet series also features a younger and more colorful design inspired by street art, with all over prints and color gradients emphasizing the dynamic and powerful character of the newly developed Radical series.

The racquet is not only for HEAD’s top players but also for tennis players who like the playability of the Radical family. While the Graphene Radical Pro is the top model and most aggressive one (the one Murray uses), the Radical series also includes the MP (midplus), REV and the S models to match the different needs and levels of players.

The new Graphene Radical Series is now available.
