L'Etoile Sport's Fall/ Winter 2014 collection draws inspiration from Creative Director Yesim Philip's Mediterranean origins. Cool blues and greens stand strong against a background of tennis whites and ivories. Think Aegean Sea bordered by pristine white villages.

The new season's looks are elegantly appointed, like the courts that grace the country clubs and private homes on Nantucket and in the Hamptons. Chanel tennis racquets complete the picture. Ignore the footwear. I'd recommend anything white – but made to play – with these styles.

The collection offers stylish, comfortable separates in both stripes and solids, tiered skorts and fitted tank tops as well as beautiful tennis dresses, cardigans and sweaters.

Philips has an affinity for silhouettes from the 1920's so you'll see dropped waists, pleats and flapper-like tiered pieces. Each is created with luxurious fabrics, from cashmere to the finest jersey knits. Chic lace racerback tanks and sporty polo tops pair effortlessly with pleated skorts. The looks can go from court to lunch.
