In up and coming talent: the 2014 Women’s Pro Classic $50,000 USTA Pro Circuit Event is now underway at the South Seas Island Resort in Captiva, Florida. It's the last stop on the 2015 Australian Open Wild Card Challenge Series. Look for: Grace Min, Anna Tatishvili, Irina Falconi and Cici Bellis (above). Here's the tank she's wearing.

 NEW in tennis apps:

ZOGO

ZOGO tennis is a newly hatched tennis app that will ultimately help you find a hit or match no matter where you are in the US. The app officially launched this fall in NYC where it already has a core group of users. Next up, ZOGO has its sites set on heavy tennis markets like Atlanta and LA but you can use it yourself no matter where you play. Right now the company needs sign ups. It's free (download in the app store), so give it a go and watch those hits line up more quickly.

And finally, food:

Paleo Lunches and Breakfasts on the GoIn a fad crazed world of dieting I'm finding most success with a personally modified version of Paleo. In a nutshell Paleo allows most foods that are "real" and not processed (it leaves out a lot which is why I modify).

I'll be adding to this topic in the months to come but want to pass along a cookbook I've discovered, a great way to get the ideas flowing.
