The return of Sergio Tacchini

World #1 Novak Djokovic defeated World #42 Gilles Muller  of Luxembourg in straights, 6-4, 7-5, 7-5 in the 4th Round of the Australian Open. That result's notable from a tenniswear standpoint- Djokovic left Sergio Tacchini for his own Uniqlo line after the company couldn't keep up with the endorsement payments, and Muller wears the ST brand now. This look below is definitely reminiscent of John McEnroe back in the day.

Tacchini has a huge history in the spot- look who's worn their brand! Here's a closer look at their 2015 line.

A check of the ST website shows 11 pros now wearing the line. If you poke around the website, check out the shoe section.  This first shoe is called the Roma LT, which looks like a performance tennis shoe:

And this model is the Gran Torino, which looks like a casual model.

  1. The New Sergio Tacchini line looks so good on Tommy Robredo. Do you know when he’ll wear it this year? I especially like the red combo. It looks very sporty. I rarely see tennis players use red nowadays. It’s good that the brand decided to use that color for this year.
