Cold weather tennis style for men
Falling temps require tennis wardrobe adjustments. Whether you’re playing outside or have headed inside, look to layers that peel easily as your motor revs.
This one’s for the guys:
Start with your shorts, performance t-shirt (the one above is by Fila), and shoes. Add a comfortable (not tight) lightweight 1/2 zip performance long sleeve (one by Nike above), then add a warm up jacket and pants over it all.
The colors above will work handsomely on anyone. The”slime” green shoes (Asics Gel Resolution 6 and New Balance MC996 add a hit of hip without putting the color next to your face. FACT: slime is not a good color on everyone.
Yes that’s Fed’s new Nike tennis jacket but take a look at the other two as well. One is Joma a little known (in the US) brand that will turn heads, and the can’t go wrong classic Adidas 3 stripe zip jacket.
Under Armour makes a loose fit warm up pant I really like (see it above in the collage). They look good over shorts (if not too tight) and, if your feet aren’t super large, you can pull them off without removing your shoes.
Your shorts BTW shouldn’t be too bulky. Check out these inset here by adidas . They have a built in compression boxer.
Don’t forget the cap or beanie as you get started.
