President Obama plays tennis at the White House

Share

Today was the day for the 2016 White House Easter Egg Roll at President’s Park on the South Lawn of the White House.

Honoring the final Easter Egg Roll of the Obama Administration, this year’s theme is “Let’s Celebrate.” This is the seventh consecutive year that the USTA and the USTA Foundation has been involved in the annual event. The USTA offered families and kids of all ages and skill levels to try tennis in support of the First Lady’s initiative to get kids active.

While we like the President’s lefty style- nice form on the volley- a long sleeve shirt, jeans and loafers won’t do. Maybe something in the Nike RF Collection, Mr. President? Check out today’s photos- details in the hover text. The President and First Lady were joined by Sloane Stephens, James Blake, Chanda Rubin, USTA President Katrina Adams, hoops star Shaquille O’Neal, and others.

The President and First Lady also did a pretty fair job of narrating “Where The Wild Things Are,” too.
