Serena Williams + Dude Perfect team up for a trick
Watch as Serena Williams and You Tube trick shot phenoms Dude Perfect compete for their first-ever tennis trick shot video to kick off MISSION’s Heat Safety Awareness Week (Serena is co-founder of the company).
“I had so much fun working with Dude Perfect in creating this tennis trick shot video. I hope all my fans enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it,” said Williams.
The full video, produced by Whistle Sports, was released today on Dude Perfect’s YouTube channel to coincide with MISSION’s National Heat Safety Awareness Week.
In its second year, Heat Safety Awareness week includes a series of events and activities designed to raise awareness of heat related effects on athletes of all ages (and sports).
MISSION’s roster of all-star athletes such as Dwyane Wade, Drew Brees, David Villa and Carli Lloyd will participate in the effort.
“MISSION is focused on bringing innovative products to the market that enable athletes to perform at their best regardless of the weather conditions. We are thrilled to bring together Serena Williams and digital icons Dude Perfect to show their millions of fans amazing tennis trick shots, while also raising awareness to the importance of Heat Safety,” said Scott Birnbaum, Chief Marketing Officer at MISSION
“We are very excited we got to work with Serena Williams for this tennis trick shot video. Not only is Serena one of the greatest tennis players of all time, but she is crazy talented and so much fun to hang out with,” said Dude Perfect in a statement.
