Stan Wawrinka wins the U.S. Open. Think pink and get his gear.
Stan Wawrinka is indeed The Man after his big win Sunday in New York City, defeating defending champ Novak Djokovic to win the U.S. Open. And while you might not possess his deadly backhand, you can wear his Yonex stuff! He has what is referred to as a “head to toe” deal with Yonex- clothing, shoes, racquets, the works. Take a look at his pink-themed gear.
Stan the Man is a FAN of pink right down to his shoe laces. Here’s what he wore. I dare you. If you can’t do it all – grab just one or two pieces. Maybe, just maybe that backhand comes with it.
This shirt has a self fabric collar, two button placket, tonal mesh inset at back for ventilation, color blocking at sleeves, UV protection and Yonex logo at left chest. 100% poly, in pink with black trim.
No black trim on this one. The pink fades from bold to subdued – gradiant color that connotes movement.
They feature an elastic waistband with inner drawcord, side pockets, mesh insets at inner legs for ventilation, UV protection, stretch technology and Yonex logo at left hem. 100% poly.
This cotton tee features a printed silhouette of Wawrinka and Yonex logo on the front. There’s also a printed Stan the Man Yonex graphic at the upper back. Amazingly, this is in 100% cotton. Comes in six different colors: Dark Pink, Gray, Black/Pin, Black/White, Flash Yellow, and Orange.
Wawrinka is always seen wearing just these two Tee designs- maybe they’ll come up with something new for him.
This shirt says what everyone knows, in 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester. In Orange, Scarlet, and Heather Gray.
The Power Cushion Eclipsion continues to build on the success of its popular predecessor by continuing to offer excellent comfort, stability and durability for serious tennis players. Yonex’s signature Power Cushion technology offers exceptional cushioning and repulsion under foot, injecting energy into every step you take.
A re-engineered fit allows full extension of the big toe for optimal power output while the midfoot and heel better fit the foot to keep it locked in and protected. (Yours won’t come with little Grand Slam trophy logos, though!)
Developed with input from Wawrinka, the VCORE Duel G 97 (330) is a very solid player’s racquet. Like its predecessor (the Tour G 330), this stick is perfect for experienced ball strikers who want the rock solid stability and ball crushing plow-through of a traditional player’s racquet.

BTW: Ever wonder what that FROMM patch was for? It’s a Swiss company, and seems to show up only at Slams.
