Nike unveils Australian Open 2017 tennis fashion lines

The year’s first Slam is in one week. Nike’s team players will be wearing new gear for the event (as you might expect) and here’s what you can look for beginning with Roger Federer, Nick Kyrgios, Serena Williams and Genie Bouchard.

The GOAT himself will be sporting this Nike Men’s Spring RF Premier Advantage Henley. (It’s called the Nike Men’s Spring RF Premier Advantage Polo in Europe.) In Stadium Green w/Black & White or White w/Black & Hyper Orange as shown. Also shown, the NikeCourt 7″ Flex Tennis Short.

“This is the first really radical print we’ve seen Fed in for Slam competition. You will see the print echoed across the entire team’s line. See Serena and Genie below. The graphic appears to play with court shadows and will stand out nicely against AO blue courts. The white base smartly offers Nike’s athlete’s the best choice in hot sun. AO is usually one of the hottest tournaments of the year.” -Karin

  1. I’ve been a fan of the monochrome look this winter, so I like the direction Nike have taken! But I am not convinced at all with Genie’s crop top (though I am sure it is going to generate a lot of discussion..) Roger’s top makes my eyes go a bit funny – I prefer Nick’s outfit. Serena looks good, and I look forward to seeing the dress from other angles.
