Make Like the Bryans & Hit the Pool to Prep Your Game

There isn’t much talk about using in water training for tennis except during rehab but to get prepared for this year’s U.S. Open, 16x Grand Slam tennis champions the Bryan Brothers took to a pool. Water therapy is not just for seniors. It can be incorporated into any fitness regime. Exercises using water resistance build strength and boredom is reduced when you mix things up (run, lift, swim, cycle etc).

Their in-water training gear? A science-based aquatic fitness program designed by Speedo Fit in partnership with EXOS. The dubs duo used Speedo USA training aids and apparel to get an impactful, total-body workout with less strain on their joints – Mike Bryan said water training is a great way to help “keep the longevity of our career.”
