“Finding the right foods for my body has made me lighter, healthier, and more focused. It’s made all the difference in my career and in my life, and in the lives of the people around me,” Djokovic said. “It is important to me that I share this knowledge with readers, so they too can realize their dreams.”
Djokovic attributes his success to a gluten-free diet and a performance-focused nutrition plan, which he adopted in late 2010.
I for one am very curious. Looking forward to it.

Really enjoyed this fast read. Excellent insight into not only what Novak eats, but also how he lives his life. I find it interesting that he reveals as much as he does in the prime of his career. He states that he feels it important to share what he has learned.
The book contains recipes, exercises, thoughts on meditation, yoga, sleep and more.
If you play tennis you should read this.
