If you love tennis skirts say hello to variety. FortyLoveTennis is a Boulder, Colorado based tennis apparel company selling tennis skirts and tops in a multitude of eye-catching colors and prints. The company was founded by two league players who set out to offer women affordable tennis clothes that flatter and play well.
The skirts are all designed with an a-line style -- no built in shorties. They sell them separately. The elastic waist band sits comfortably at the waist. The fabric skims the hips and doesn't add bulk. Note: this is not a low rider style.
New prints for Spring 2010 include the Lovely Rita, Hot Fuchsia and Tennis Anyone? pictured here, top to bottom. Pick the coordinating top you like best.
Skirts are $28 USD, tops $24 for a tank, and $33 for a two piece outfit. Very reasonably priced, quality construction, all performance fabric. Use the size chart when ordering as the skirts are different lengths depending on size. The medium I tried was 15." The XL is 16 1/2 " which makes the skirt hit the same spot on the leg by allowing extra fabric for those who have a little more body to cover.
Buy only at FortyLoveTennis.
