Let's chat about "muffin-tops." I'm talking about that extra-extra riding on some of our hips, just enough to make quite a few tennis outfits look, well..not so fab.
Smashing Golf & Tennis, is a one year young company making tennis apparel that is designed to be truly slimming. Think SPANKS for tennis. The idea here is to avoid emphasizing or worse, creating bulges.
Smashing skorts (like the Trudy style here) are cut with a higher waist-line and with body smoothing compression panels built in; buh-bye muffin. The fabrics don't cling and detail like the side shirring on the Eleanor tank hides those less than (but loving) parfait areas.
The compression dress has the look of separates but is a one piece unit with top to shorts compression and step-in front zipper entry. The shorties are built in. No elastics here to catch or dig into bumpy areas.
Tip: Keep your top and bottom matching (as above) for the longest line. Breaking the body with two very different colors is a no-no when looking for that visual 10 lb slim job. Look also for open necklines that drawn the eye downwards.
