Sony Ericsson has just unveiled the women who will be participating in the reality based Hot Shots Competition Maria Sharapova announced back in January. The women got together in Miami for the kick-off at the Sony Ericsson Xperia Hot Shots launch Sunday.
Each of the tennis players were chosen for their personalities, potential on and off court and their desire to connect with fans on social media while glob trotting to tournaments and social engagements. Hmmm, there's one in that mix that I've found to be particularly unsociable. Interesting.
Programming for Xperia Hot Shots will begin today, with the first show on YouTube.
An Xperia Hot Shots Facebook page will keep fans up to date on what the women are up to, and each player will maintain her own Facebook and Twitter accounts with chatty updates, pics and video to tempt followers.
The winning Hot Shot will be the one with the most followers at the end of the promo. Predictions?
