Roger Federer Haught All Over Again at Roland Garros.

Roger Federer Roland Garros 2010 Nike
He’s back…I mean the collared Roger. Who liked the henley on him? Not me – neither hot nor haughty. It made him look less than authoritative. It’s odd how a shirt can do that, but it can. This look’s a keeper though. The polo top, the Nike All-Court RF Clay Men’s Tennis Polo, is clean and classic, ornamentation only on the Roger Federer sleeve inset Roland Garros Nikesleeves and the little RF on the placket, $80 USD. The color, called bluegrass, looks stunning against the red clay. This is RF at his tennis fashion finest.

The white shorts, his usual more tailored style, look crisp. You can’t see them here but there are ventilation panels built in to keep heat at bay. And the shoes, I Roger Federer Roland Garros tennis shoe 2010 Nike LOVE them (click on the image to enlarge). They are the Lunarlite Vapor Tour Men’s Tennis Shoe, $120 a dash of modern with the airbrush spray of obsidian on white. Bluegrass detailing pulls in the shirt and matching bandanna. The edgy shoe is a great foil for the more classic style.

Roger Federer RF jacket Roland garrosAnd the cherry on top, the All-Court RF N98 tennis Jacket, $90 in bluegrass. He wore it in his interview yesterday after winning round one.

Hopefully we’ll see lots more of this rather “haught” looking RF combo.

You can find Roger’s style at Nike or Tennis-Warehouse.
