Cheers from the U.S. Open bar. Cocktails and mock-tails for the tennis crazed.

Grey GooseFor those watching U.S. Open tennis from afar, here’s a way to enjoy the experience even more authentically.  Straight from the bar at the BJK:

Cherry Noir Cherry Slice (NEW for 2012; $12 per at the Open)

2 parts GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka
3/4 part fresh-squeezed lemon juice
3/4 part simple syrup
Club soda

Add vodka,
fresh-squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup to a tall glass filled with ice,
and top with club soda. Stir gently, and present with a cherry.


Honey Deuce (oldie but goodie; $14 per includes commemorative glass at Open)

16 parts GREY GOOSE Original Vodka
32 parts freshly squeezed lemonade
8 parts Chambord® or premium raspberry liqueur
Crushed ice
Honeydew melon balls on a skewer

Add lemonade, vodka and
Chambord to a large pitcher filled with crushed ice and stir well. Pour into
highball glasses filled with ice and garnish with melon balls. Serves 9.
