Novak Djokovic Joins Gwyneth Paltrow For Beverly Hills Event
Even if you’ve never been to California (much less Beverly Hills) you probably know about Rodeo Drive. (That’s Ro-DAY-oh for the uninitiated.) This is without question the epicenter of shopping chic in Southern California. On Rodeo, you’ll find super hi-end brands like Harry Winston, Bulgari, Brioni, Cartier, and…Lacoste.
Le Croc is rebooting their 447 N. Rodeo Drive location to feature the new “Le Club” concept. The new sport-inspired design concept draws inspiration from founder and legendary tennis champion René Lacoste’s locker room. (Old-school retro cool. We’re down with that.) The 1,900-square-foot space now features a more streamlined layout with a façade inspired by a tennis court.
On Tuesday Lacoste transformed The Sheats Goldstein Residence to celebrate. Novak Djokovic and Tommy Haas were on hand, along with actress Gwyneth Paltrow and British singer Robbie Williams.
Amid the schmoozing, The Djoker tried his hand at the sport of pickleball.
For obvious reasons he was pretty good at it.
And here’s Gwyneth looking très chic with Lacoste CEO Thierry Guibert.
The boutique will re-open to the public November 16th.
